How much do you charge?

Unlike the big guys we are going to take care of you as if you were one of our family members. We won’t nickle and dime you for every aspect of the move. The upside to booking with OnOn is that we are going to require a 2 hour minimum, however, instead of getting a charge for every step or every stair case, we are going to give you are all for the size of crew you purchase for an all inclusive flat fee! That’s right a ALL INCLUSIVE FLAT FEE!

Can you help me move in my area?

Absolutely, this is one of our specialties that we pride our selves on! Anything from 1-6 bedrooms IN STATE moves are what we love to do! We have all of the equipment needed and not to worry if you’re running short on supplies we can cover you on that end as well. With moves like these house to house or apartment to house or what ever it may be we do reccomend booking us for an entire day. We also offer assembly and disassembly services!

Do you offer packing and unpacking services?

As listed in our services section we do indeed offer packing and unpacking services. Of course that would be an additional charge to your flat fee/hourly rate. However, it is an additional service that we do provide and take pride in offering. If you don’t feel like packing leave it up to our squad of professionals to get it done in a timely manner!

Any moving tips?

At OnOn we want to be on the ball for you! So, it is important that when we call to give you a quote we get every single detailed item and make sure we know every piece of furniture that is going to need to be disassembled, if there are stair sets, if so how many. It’s also crucial if you live in an apartment building to let us know if there is an elevator and also if there will be a reserved time for us to use it. Things like this make the biggest difference. Letting us know all of the information you can upfront and before we arrive will be key for us to give you a seamless and stress free move!

Do you cover office moves?

Absolutely, when it comes to office moves we will take our time making sure we pack all of your equipment properly and make sure we do a professional job packing and unpacking it at the new location. We know your team worked hard for the new office so let us work even harder to ensure all of your equipment and materials make it there safely and on time!

Can you move during the winter?

Yes! Rain, sleet, snow or sunshine! Just like your favorite concert venues we will work around the seasons offering of course nothing but the highest quality service and ensure that all of your items will make it to your new residence safe and sound!

Can you move on the weekend?

Absolutely, the weekends are one of the busiest times to move. We know most peoples schedules only permit them to have free time on the weekends. So, we decided we would be there for you in what ever moving, junk haul away or delivery services you need from us. You can count on OnOn to get it done!

What if I need to move long distance?

Not to worry OnOn has you covered! For long distance moves we are partnered with companies such as PODS and Ubox’s. These are portable storage units that can be shipped to and from anywhere in the United States. What that means for you is high quality service from us including loading and unloading. On top of all of that it will only cost you a fraction of what you would pay using a “large trucking” company for cross country or out of state moves!
